Conan O'Brien...CoCo's 30-city tour! Kicks off in Eugene...

NBC monkey on CoCo's back!

Conan O'Brien - fresh off a tustle with NBC over the Jay Leno time-slot fiasco - will be packing up his kit 'n Kaboodle and heading out on a National Tour.

The thirty-city trail-blazer will include much-anticipated comedy stage performances live at Radio City Music Hall on June 1st & June 2nd.

With tongue firmly in cheek - and a devil-may-care attitude - the fun-lovin' stand-up comic has titled his sojourn into the wilds of the heartland as:

"The Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour"

The phrase was coined with NBC's contractual agreement first & foremost in the funnyman's fuzzy little brain.

For example, when O'Brien settled his differences with the peacock network, he agreed not to perform on the old boob tube until after September 1st.

Obviously, the binding NBCdirective  would give Jay Leno ample opportunity to regain his stature (and top ratings) in the late-night talk-show circuit, without interference from the red-haired one affectionately known as CoCo to loyal fans.

O'Brien is promising a show that will offer up a night of music, comedy, hugging (as they say at Facebook, I like!), and the occasional awkward silence (in lethal doses, no doubt).

The tour will kick off in a humble (but celebrated) venue in Eugene, Oregon.

Obviously, there is no bad blood between Conan and his former employers, when you consider that the King of off-beat repartee, will saunter into Universal Studios on April 24th & April 25th for local gigs sure to sell out (psst! NBC owns Universal).

American Express scooped up sponsorship duties without blinking an eye.

The tickets are reasonably-priced at $39.50 at the economical end.

Jay & Conan carve out territory!
