Las Vegas...dazzling 4th of July fireworks displays!
OMG!
My timing is impeccable.
Earlier this evening, I hunkered down to polish an upcoming post or two, and lost track of my surroundings for a short while.
Suddenly, I felt the urge to take a stroll for some fresh air.
Just as I stepped outside of the Hotel Lobby doors, the sky erupted into spectacular fireworks displays in every direction all around me!
I was so busy with my writing schedule, that it slipped my mind that tonight was actually the big 4th of July celebration!
The streets were packed with thousands of excited tourists who roared every time a dazzling new spray of fireworks erupted and enchantingly lit up the sky.
In some respects, adults are just big kids at heart, aren't they?
After being down in the dumps all day over that corrupt Nevada Highway Patrol Officer I reported on earlier, the festive spurt of joy sure boosted my spirits!
On occasion, it is great to be alive!
