San Francisco Opera kicked off new season!
Today, folks out for a stroll in the park, may want to take in a free live! performance of the Opera staged by the dazzling San Francisco Opera Company.
Showtime is at 1:30 p.m.
The production will take place in Sharon Meadow at Golden Gate Park (San Francisco).
The San Francisco Opera company invites Opera lovers to attend arias al fresco with stars from the fall season including Micaela Carosi, Danielle de Niese, Heidi Stober, Michèle Losier, Dolora Zajick, Marcello Giordani, Ramón Vargas, Lucas Meachem, Brian Mulligan, Marco Vratogna and Luca Pisaroni. With Adler Fellows Leah Crocetto, Maya Lahyani, Brian Jagde, and David Lomelí.
The San Francisco Opera Orchestra will be conducted by Music Director Nicola Luisotti.
Attendees may bring their own picnic lunches, but food and beverages will also be available for sale at the much-anticipated outdoors event.
