At the crack of dawn, the morning light wakes me up without fail, so I head over to Pavillions to pick up the newspaper, pluck up a light snack, and wait for Starbuck's to open at six.
Occasionally, I zoom into the parking lot early, so I listen to the morning news on the radio.
Without fail, during the course of the week, it does not escape my attention that Pavillions is losing shoppers on an almost daily basis because their employees are too stupid to figure out the obvious!
For example, although the Pavillions outlet in West Hollywood is open 24 hours, only one door remains available for customer use in the middle of the night (for security reasons I guess).
Because that "main" door is on the side of the building about fifty feet away from the street, many customers are not aware that is open during off hours, when the other doors are locked tight.
Consequently, time and time again, I have witnessed individuals walk up to the street entrance (where the garden shop is situated) then jump back into their car and drive off when they determine the glass-sliding-door is locked.
Well, it's pretty obvious, isn't it?
How is it that I have noticed the problem - and subsequent loss of shoppers - but no one at Pavillions has?
Because they're morons with IQ's of about 2, that's why!
All the Manager has to do to resolve the problem is post a notice at the front door stating the hours of operation ( midnight to six o'clock a.m) - and likewise - note that the side door is open twenty-four hours for all-night shoppers to access.
Duh!
Couple the aforementioned shortcoming with the fact that most employees at this Pavillion's outlet have little or no personality (and no communication skills to speak of) and it's easy to fathom why this grocery store is fu**ed!
