Word from that dazzling gem in the desert is that on August 29th a Tribute party for the late Michael Jackson will be held at the Pearl @ the Palms Hotel just off the Vegas strip.
At press time, the organizers announced that headliners from a handful of live shows dazzling tourists currently, will be putting in surprise appearances.
Erich Bergen, one of the "Jersey Boys" will host the event to commence at 3 pm in the afternoon - on what would have been - the King of Pop's 51st birthday.
Proceeds will be used to fund music education programs in Las Vegas schools.
The venue has the capacity to seat 2500 guests strong, so fans may want to contact the party-planners as quickly as possible to check for availability of seats.
