There was a media frenzy tonight in Westwood as the Paparazzi and die-hard fans of heiress Paris Hilton descended on the Premiere of her documentary - "Paris, not France" - which was well-received at the Toronto International Film Festival recently.
The sensual beauty did not disappoint when she trotted down the gauntlet in a flawless designer gown sparked up with tasteful understated accessories which underscored her sense of style and elegant fashion sense.
