Don't Ask Don't Tell...President Obama e-mails message! Senate repeals law!

Earlier today, the Senate voted 65 to 31 to repeal the controversial United States military policy - "Don't Ask Don't Tell" - which banned gays from serving openly in the U.S. forces.

The law was orignially endorsed by the Clinton Administration a scant few years ago - and has been under fire - ever since.

The lifting of the ban - a historical act on the part of the House - was made possible earlier today when six Republicans joined Democrats in a procedural vote that brought the measure to the floor.

Shortly after the news filtered in to the Tattler, I received a personal message from President Barack Obama, applauding the Government action.

The message read as follows:

Friend -

Moments ago, the United States Senate voted to end "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."

When that bill reaches my desk, I will sign it, and this discriminatory law will be repealed.

Gay and lesbian service members - brave Americans who enable our freedoms - will no longer have to hide who they are.

The fight for civil rights, a struggle that continues, will no longer include this one.

This victory belongs to you.

Without your commitment, the promise I made as a candidate would have remained just that.

Instead, you helped prove again that no one should underestimate this movement.

Every phone call to a senator on the fence, every letter to the editor in a local paper, and every message in a congressional inbox makes it clear to those who would stand in the way of justice: We will not quit.

This victory belongs to Senator Harry Reid, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and our many allies in Congress who refused to let politics get in the way of what was right.

Like you, they never gave up, and I want them to know how grateful we are for that commitment.

Will you join me in thanking them by adding your name to Organizing for America's letter?

I will make sure these messages are delivered - you can also add a comment about what the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" means to you.

As Commander in Chief, I fought to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" because it weakens our national security and military readiness.

It violates the fundamental American principles of equality and fairness.

But this victory is also personal.

I will never know what it feels like to be discriminated against because of my sexual orientation.

But I know my story would not be possible without the sacrifice and struggle of those who came before me - many I will never meet, and can never thank.

I know this repeal is a crucial step for civil rights, and that it strengthens our military and national security.

I know it is the right thing to do.

But the rightness of our cause does not guarantee success, and today, celebration of this historic step forward is tempered by the defeat of another - the DREAM Act.

I am incredibly disappointed that a minority of senators refused to move forward on this important, commonsense reform that most Americans understand is the right thing for our country.

On this issue, our work must continue.

Today, I'm proud that we took these fights on.

Please join me in thanking those in Congress who helped make the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" repeal possible:

Thank you,

Barack

Congrats Mr. President!

Bon Jovi...Obama pick for White House Council for Community Solutions!

White House calls rocker!

Youthful rocker Bon Jovi - still kicking around the concert trail and delighting music fans far-and-wide - has been selected by President Barack Obama to slip into a coveted seat on a White House panel that will seek to bring together individuals, organizations, businesses, and non-profits - with the specific aim of identifying and addressing community outreach needs.

No doubt it was Jovi's high-profile invovlement with his own stellar "Jovi Soul Foundation" that was the lure for our beleaguered President.

After all, the dynamic stage performer - with the sexy rocker persona - helped create affordable housing for low-income families and individuals through the auspices of the altruistic organization he started up and currently presides over.

Fans may recall that the charismatic pop icon also tossed a fundraiser for Obama during the President's bid for office which may account for the untraditional coupling of two - um - odd bedfellows.

Jovi is expected to knock heads with - educators, religious leaders, entrepreneurs (and so forth-and-so-on) - in his new role which should prove to be quite challenging in view of the currect political, social, and economic climate!

Contrats!

Don't Ask Don't Tell...injunction upsets Obama's apple cart! All is fair in Love & War...

The - "don't ask - don't tell" - hot potato policy issue on "gays" serving openly in the military continues to cause headaches for President Barack Obama and haunt the top brass at the Pentagon.

When Federal Judge Virginia Phillips (Riverside / CA) threw a monkey-wrench into Obama's plans to to take action on the controversial (looney-tunes Clinton-inspired law) this past week, the government was thrown into a quandary.

To appeal, or not to appeal, that was the question.

On Tuesday - U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips - ordered the military to immediately suspend and discontinue any investigation or other proceeding to dismiss gay service members under the law.

In response, Officials at the White House noted it was their intention to repeal the law on the "sit-on-the-fence" policy anyway.

Lawyer Dan Woods stated for the record that his client - the Log Cabin Republicans (who won the ruling on Tuesday) - were just notified that the Justice Department intends to appeal and seek a stay of the ruling.

The actions were confirmed by a person in the government keen on the administration's highly-volatile behind-closed-doors discussions.

In spite of the pledge to appeal the "order" - the defense Department's top lawyers confided Thursday - that they intend to abide by the court's ruling and allow gays to serve openly without penalty.

Case closed?

Not on your life, buddy!

At this juncture, it appears there is a clash of wills, hindering the inevitable.

And, a need to save face, if the Prez has his druthers.

Uh-huh!

The military doesn't want to go down on the battlefield defeated.

Not good for the morale of the straight soldiers in the ranks, I expect, eh?

In the final analysis, an old truism appears to apply, here.

All is fair in love and war!

Amen.

Barack Obama...is Oval Office aging the President? Grey matter...

All work and no play makes Jack a dull (grey) old boy!

When you haven't crossed paths with a person for a period of time - and then you are reuunited in some manner or fashion - the signs of changes in their physical appearance are more readily apparent at first glance.

So, I was forced to take a double-take at Barack Obama this morning on a morning network show, when his image graced the screen.

I have been quite busy with personal and professional matters - and savoring a bit of travel over the past week - so I haven't been catching his speeches (or public appearances) as regularly (as I usually do) over the past ten days or so.

I was a bit startled when I caught sight of the President this morning, therefore.

Is it just me, or has the President suddenly sprung a spray of grey hairs around his intelligent stately crown?

Though his locks are keenly trimmed close to the scalp - a hair-styling trick men often facilitate to hide silver sprouts and balding spots - it was evident to me (at least) that Mr. Obama has aged!

Just maybe, the pressures of "work" are taking their toil?

Here's a tip for the active man-about-town.

Try a quality hair "rinse", Barack.

It'll be like a breath of fresh air!

Barack Obama...speech ignores impact of Super-stores! Bull sh** prevails!

Wal-Mart retail fortress!

Can you get these togas @ Wal-Mart?

During the course of a speech yesterday - on the subject of the role of small independent businesses in Anywhere USA - the President uttered up a comment that caused me to sit bolt upright in my comfy armchair shaking my head in disbelief.

As usual, Barack Obama's well-crafted ramblings were succinct and to-the-point - at times, even eloquent - but when it got right down to the nitty-gritty his strident notions were not always based on truth (or in reality, for  that matter).

For example, at one juncture, the President asserted that "small businesses" were the anchors that held down Main Streets around the country.

What a load of Bullsh**!

Is Mr. Obama totally clueless to one stinging reality?

Shortly after super-store giants like Wal-Mart bull-doze their way into towns around middle America, most Mom & Pop shops go belly-up!

Subsequently, the American dream turns into a greed-inspired nightmare.

Barack, it's time you woke up, and smelled the coffee!

Barack Obama...News alert! No "Mission Accomplished" in Iraq! Prez's Vietnam?

In preparing a speech to the Nation to be broadcast tonight - the President admitted to his handlers (according to insiders) - that a formal announcement about the end of the War in Iraq - would fall short of being one that touted a "Mission" accomplished.

After all, that simply was not the case.

Critics are still grumbling that although there has been a "stand down" - and the conflict is considered at a close pending tonight's acknowledgement formally by the President - that troops have basically been re-assigned (so-to-speak).

The truth of the matter is, the U.S. armed forces will remain in Iraq until next year when they are expeced to withdraw lock, stock, and barrel.

But, one official let it slip this morning that - if a conflict arose while the troops were still stationed overseas in Iraq - they would be given their marching orders once again.

In a nutshell, isn't the President playing fast-and-loose with this war - one that has become his own historical Vietnam (in spite of the fact he inherited the U.S. Imperialist invasion from Bush) - in a bold-faced effort to hoodwink the American people?

I think so, when the voter considers his political posturing, just now.

Tonight, for instance, in a preamble to the body of his speech, Obama starts off by "praising the courage and resolve of the American troops in Iraq" and saying "the human and financial price showed selfless sacrifice."

And, he'll facilitate an old familiar cliche to signal it's time to move on.

"It's time to turn the page", he'll utter up tonight, as if he coined the phrase.

And, he'll follow up with a startling (!) reason why.

"There are pressing problems at home."

You don't say!

And, he'll hand it to the Americans for allowing the President to do it "his way"

"The United States has paid a huge price to put the future of Iraq in the hands of its people," he said in an excerpt released just before the speech commenced on the East Coast in the Oval Office at 8 p.m.

"We have persevered because of a belief we share with the Iraqi people - a belief that out of the ashes of war - a new beginning could be born in this cradle of civilization."

Ah, the Phoenix has risen!

Minority News Anchors...not ready for Prime Time TV! Fox pundits agree....

Do Salt & Pepper teams gel with White Americans?

Most would prefer to dance around the subject, but the truth remains.

A large percentage of white Americans are still reticent about tuning in to a Newscast - headed up by an anchor drawn from the minority "pool" - reporting (and expounding) on "hard news".

"Those prestigious night-time Anchor jobs are driven by opinion," one Afro-American broadcast  journalist argued in so many words.

"Years ago," she continued in a solemn tone, "We (black on-air personalities) were told that tackling an anchor position was 'okay' on a week-end."

But, head honchos at the network were adamant that high-profile News Anchor posts at the big 3 networks was the exclusive territory of Caucasians.

White folks in middle America weren't comfortable tuning in to the all-important Nightly News - unless there was a respected white broadcaster (like Brian Williams or Dan Rather) at the helm of the ship.

The pundits attributed the trend to "ratings" and "popularity".

"When pondering the notion, diversity was number 10 on the priority list. Ratings, on the other hand, were  Numero Uno!"

Even now that a Black President is installed in the White House?

Has much has changed in recent days?

Barack Obama...gay rumors plague President again!

A fews months ago, I reported on a gentleman who claimed to have had an affair with Barack Obama many years ago, before the President set his sights on the Oval Office.

Obama Gay Rumors

Gay Rumors Persist

http://ijulian.blogspot.com/2009/06/barack-obamagay-rumors-post-getting.html

Surprisingly - in spite of the fact the shocking allegations were published around the globe (and raised eyebrows in lower and upper echelons of polite society near-and-far) Obama failed to address the rumors.

Was the Prez taking the postion that he would not dignify the unsettling sex scandal with a response?

If so, that may have been a boner on the part of Mr. Obama.

After all, the rumors have surfaced once again.

The sometimes hysterical "Globe" tabloid-gossip magazine is currently running a front page story fanning the rumor mills once again.

In this titillating piece of rag journalism, the editors are tattling that Barack Obama has been a member of a clandestine sauna cum Men's private club which fronts for a sex club where anything goes.

In this expose (!) the Globe underscores that Obama indulges in their main bill-of-fare.

Kinky sex with male studs!

Joe Sestak...quote of day!

If you twist it this way...

In a bull sesssion this afternoon on a Network tabloid-style news show - pundits were tossing around their thoughts in respect to the Sestak dilemma and the issue of quid pro quo - when one correspondent had a sort-of Eureka! moment.

On the heels of a remark or two about Bill Clinton's alleged "overture" to Joe Sestak - the clever reporter offered up - what was undoubtedly the quote of the day.

"I guess the offer wasn't inhaled."

I did not offer that man a favor!

President Barack Obama...reporter probes Barry "O" Bomber! Jump shot shakey...

With his feet planted firmly on the court at the White House, the President chatted with a reporter one-on-one seemingly without a care in the world.

The interviewer was keen on getting a glimpse of a Barack Obama that is rarely in plain view over the news airwaves.

When the reporter mentioned Barry "O" Bomber - Barack's nick-name in High School - it brought a smile to his face.

The President was bestowed with the awesome moniker because of his sizzling jump shot.

Barack Obama allegedly hung out with a posse of kids known as the "Rat-ballers" who were obsessed with basketball.

The President noted that when he enrolled in University he placed his focus on his studies - hence - his basketball skills fell by the wayside a tad.

"When I got back to the court, I'd lost my jump shot," he joked in so many words.

in recent days, Mr. Obama has endeavored to stay on top of his "game" (time permitting).

"He just had something about him. He had this charismatic nature," noted of the rat-ballers after looking-back.

In spite of the fact he dresses elegantly, and walks the corridors of power, old friends joke that he's just Barry to them.

"Barry is skinnier, though. He looks good," another pal chirped in.

The faded photograph above reveals "Barry" in his former incarnation.

The yearbook entry captures a chubby Obama shoulder-to-shoulder with his basketball team mates.

Barrack attended Punahou - the largest private school in the country in Honolulu - which caters to the high-and-mighty (cultural elite) of Hawaii.

The tuition was beyond Barack Obama's reach; but fortunately, the President landed a sholarship which afforded him the opportunity to pursue a quality education.

Barack Obama...send in the troops! Arizona border patrol relief...

Today, President Obama took Senators by surprise, when he issued a standing order to send 1200 troops into Arizona to secure the border and "plug up" illegal entry into the U.S.

"It was an awesome sight to spy those tanks rolling into the region," one bystander asserted.

The National Guardsmen are not law enforcement - and thus - have no authority to arrest illegal immigrants.

"We're here to secure the U.S. border."

A bold step on the part of Obama, especially when you consider that the President issued the directive swift and sure, without conferring with any politicians on the hill.

For residents of Arizona (and elsewhere around the country) - who have accused the Federal Government of not doing its job - this appears to be the President's ballsy bold-faced effort to prove otherwise.

Too little, too late?

President Obama...plug the damn hole! Squeaky wheel gets oil....

The hell with those bastards!

In the wake of the BP disaster  the tensions on Capitol Hill have been mounting

Now that the finger-pointing phase has died down, the focus has shifted to conjuring up solutions to resolving the ongoing crisis in Florida.

TV pundits and insiders at the White House are whispering to all within earshot that President Obama has not been tough enough with the British Petroleum company.

Understandably, over the past couple of days, the attitude of BP has been appalling.

Right now, the English-based company is operating in damage-control mode.

Do they even care about the wildlife that has been devasted by what is being caused the worst disaster in U.S. History?

The White House hasn't faired much better in the image department around the globe.

Those charged with the task of updating the status of the spill also complain that Obama becomes tighter-lipped by the day.

Without doubt, the President is reaching a near-breaking point and about to come unglued.

A recent outburst behind-closed-doors a few scant hours ago would tend to suggest that.

After cutting off an aide, he reacted in  knee-jerk style.

"Plug the damn hole," Obama ordered.

Yes, Sir!

Hail to the Chief.

Barack Obama...& Eric Holder neglected to read Arizona Immigration document!

I feel a headache coming on!

Two high-profile politicians got their di**s caught in a wringer this week when it was revealed that neither had done their homework.

For example, at a probe on the controversial Arizona Immigration Bill (which was just signed into law by the Governor of the State) the Attorney General let it slip that he hadn’t actually read the ten-page document.

Imagine that!

On several occasions, Mr. Holder trotted to the podium at various news conferences, and denounced the passage of the Immigration Reform Law on the grounds that the controversial document was unconstitutional, discriminatory in nature, and would lead to racial profiling.

What gall!

How would it be possible for Mr. Holder to pass judgment on a law if he hadn’t even read the document to determine if clauses therein established that the allegations were true or not?

Sounds like the incompetent Government lay-about jumped on the bandwagon to appease a special interest group - or took the position he did to rustle up publicity - and bolster his public image with his own political agenda in mind.

More shocking was the disclosure that Barack Obama - likewise - had not even bothered to review the legal language which was carefully crafted to prevent the injustices complained about by critics of the newly-enacted law.

That didn’t prevent the President from pointing an accusing finger at the “framers”, though, and denouncing their legitimate efforts to curb a illegant immigrant disaster which the Government has failed to act on.

At this juncture - are Americans to surmise that if the President found it too strenuous to scan a scant ten-page document - that he was also too lazy to turn a page or two of the voluminous Health Care package either?

Hillary Clinton...Dick Morris quote on Secretary of State!

Dick Morris appeared on Bill O’Reilly's gab best this afternoon and the lively discussion turned to a comment that the Secretary of State uttered up on 60 minutes this past Sunday.

O'Reilly was eager to know - Morris being a friend of Hillary’s after all - if the best-selling author knew why the self-serving politician made a statement about the economy being pulled into the ditch.

Was Hillary taking a swipe at her boss - Barack Obama - or laying the groundwork for her own presidential bid a couple of years down the campaign trail (he wondered aloud).

“Was it just a spontaneous remark, Dick?"

Dick Morris laughed and quipped with nary a thought of repercussion.

“There is nothing spontaneous about Hillary.”

Gosh, he got that right!

Dave Letterman...takes poke at Elena Kagan! Butch is as Butch does...

When Dave Letterman took note of the fact Elena Kagan was President Barack Obama's choice for the upcoming Supreme Court vacancy, the studio audience roared its approval.

But, sly Dave couldn't resist taking a poke at Kagan - affectionaly known as "Shorty" - to her friends.

In a discussion about her qualifications, the toothy talk-show host joked that the candidate (with a penchant for suits) was once the equipment manager for a popular sports team.

Ouch!

Elena Kagan...Supreme Court nominee gay? Elitist Ivy League candidate...

Elena not a lipstick lesbo, fer sure!

Some say she is an elitist - running with an ivory tower posse of Ivy League academics - with no actual hands-on experience.

Others argue that her lack of Judicial experience (she’s never been a bench-warmer or presided over any legal proceeding in that capacity) - may be a plus.

“Kagan will maintain an open mind,” her supporters vigorously argue.

The other side of that coin?

When the confirmation hearings commence, Kagan will have a bit of wiggle room, which hard-line opponents do not hanker up to.

For example, because there is no paper trail to track, lawmakers will have to rely on her responses at the hearings to determine how she will act on various issues that may come before the high court in the future.

Here’s the catch, though.

When probed by lawmakers, some worry Kagan may beg off on the grounds that she doesn’t know how she’ll vote - and likewise - would prefer not to comment this way or that for obvious reasons.

Because her rulings in the U.S Supreme Court would impact the country for decades to come, understandably, a handful of politicians are wringing their hands in dismay.

More importantly, critics have noted on record - that because a case may come before her on a specific issue she may be asked about at the hearings - she would be within her rights to remain close-lipped.

Which comes to the issue of her sexuality and private life.

Yesterday morning - when I reached for a paper - I spied a headline which noted  that Kagan was Obama’s choice for the Supreme Court Justice vacancy.

I did a double-take.

For a moment, my eyes must have played tricks on me, because I thought the headline read:

“Elena Kagan cross-dresser.”

I double-checked and re-read the screaming caption.

In fact, the daily was reporting that Kagan was a “crossover” nominee.

What this meant, of course, was that the perky little career woman - affectionately referred to as "Shorty" - appealed to both Democrats and Republicans alike.

But, the subject of her sexuality remained on my mind.

In fact, a short while later - when I was cruising the Internet - I spotted at least one link for a story on Kagan with the following title:

Kagan a lesbian!

Golly, why would anyone think that?

Let’s see now.

Kagain is almost fifty years of age, wears manly-style suits, is unmarried, and has a demeanor that is largely husky in nature.

Does she have a close female friend luring in the shadows?

What does it matter?

Whether or not she is gay, is relevant to the proceedings, for one very good reason.

Do I have to remind folks that closing arguments for the "Gay Marriage" issue will be heard in June in San Francisco Federal District Court - and that it is wholly possible - that the case may eventually end up at the Supreme Court in the next year or so?

If Ms. Kagan maneuvers her way onto the bench, what will her position be on the issue of same-sex marriage, then?

More importantly, If she is gay, would she have to recuse herself?

If not, could she render an opinion on the issue, without bias?

Barack Obama...National I.D. card mark of the beast? Arizona law pales by comparison...

You've got to scrape that sh** off your shoes!
(Rolling Stones)

When Arizona signed into law its controversial Immigrantion Reform Bill, illegal immigrant supporters  were up-in-arms - and swore  up-and-down - that they would fight the controversial measure on the grounds that it was not only unconstitutional but might lead to racial profiling.

Surprisingly, one of the most vocal opponents, turned out to be President Barack Obama.

The Commander-in-Chief - with a murky birthright himself - proceeded to hog the podium and grandstand on the media airwaves across the Nation - vowing to curb the legislation on the grounds that it was not only intruding on the stomping grounds of the Federal Government - but intrinsically - was not what "America" was all about.

A gentler kindler nation?

Me thinks, the man doth protesteth too much!

If the truth be known, Barack Obama wasn’t necessarily angered - first and foremost - by the Immigration Reform Bill on its face in its bold-faced efforts to curb illegal immigration.

If ‘ya ask me, Obama was miffed because Arizona jumped the gun, and beat him to the punch.

I have suspicions that Obama has been toying with the idea of introducing the National I.D. card since he first took office.

If you recall, because the whole “concept” smacks of an Orwellian-style (1984) police state, there has been a lot of resistance to implementation.

Like any other proposal, Barack Obama was silently orchestrating things in the background - getting all his chicks in a row, so-to-speak - when the Arizona Reform bill was signed into law.

Suddenly, Barack Obama - though, not entirely ready to pitch it - was forced to reveal his plans for the controversial uniform National Identity card.

Some have cried out in protest that a police officer asking a resident for their "papers” amounted to an echo from the past which dredged up horrific images of the terrors of Nazi Germany in World War II.

Hogwash!

The National I.D. card is a much more ominous sign of the injustices to come if we’re to take a nod from a Biblical perspective.

In my estimation, the National I.D. card smacks of the mark of the beast.

Say what?

The Anti-Christ, of course!

In the scriptures, the Book of Revelations sets forth a host of  prophecies, which leave little doubt that Obama’s scheme for America (and eventually the globe) would be much more oppressive (and - ultimately - end the concept of freedom as we know it today).

Revelations 13:16 - 13:18

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads."
"And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

"Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (666)."

So, which is worse?

A Nazi-style request for papers or the mark of the beast?

I'd prefer to show my papers, thank you very much!

Barack Obama...youthful & stylish in Black Leather jacket overseas!

Barack's inate fashion sense goes way back!

Sarah Palin should take a cue from the President, Barack Obama, who is currently on a tour overseas in the middle East.

The charistmatic 44th President (& Command-in-Chief) charged on stage at a military base today to boost the morale of the troops in a chic black leather jacket that lended a youthful air to the image of the country's head honcho (beleaguered lately over the Health Insurance Reform Bill signed into law last week amid vehement opposition by the Republicans).

In contrast to the jacket the Prez cut a stylish swath in, Sarah Palin's - festooned with all-manner-of tacky zips and snaps - was outlandishly "out-of-place" at a conservative tea party rally where image is of the utmost importance to American voters.

Barack Obama...donates Nobel Peace $$$ to charities!

When Barack Obama was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize a furor broke out around the globe.

The once prestigious award soared downward in stature in the aftermath.

To many, Barack Obama (only in office a few weeks before being heartily nominated for his alleged contributions to the cause) was an undeserving candidate who didn't pass muster in the lofty realm of world peacemaker (making a difference).

The President appeared to be embarrassed by the honor, too.

In recent days, the White House announced that President Obama will donate the prize money - the staggering sum of 1.4 million - to a handful of good causes.

$250,000.00 will be bestowed on the Fisher House, a National non-profit that houses families whose loved ones are receiving care and medical attention at Veterans Administration facilities.

In a noble effort to help Haiti recover from the recent earthquake tragedy, the President will also fork over $200,000.00 to bootstrap a worthy relief fund.

The balance will be distributed to a handful of organizations such as development groups in Africa and Central Asia, to fund scholarships, and plough much-needed cash into education foundations.

I hope Mr. Obama will hold back at least a hundred dollars and use those funds to treat the Missus to a romantic candlelight dinner and night on-the-town.

Most deserving in view of the foregoing humanitarian acts, don't 'ya think?

Heh, big spender!

Bill O'Reilly...Factor host hails Tom Hanks a pin head! Pundits don't escape wrath...

Pin Head slight of day!

The other evening Fox's O'Reilly was quite adamant that Tom Hanks was a pin head.

Gosh, I've been wising folks up about the fact that life with the "Big" star is not a box of chocolates, whenever the puffy-looking dork takes the stage.

Frankly, Bill O'Reilly's jibes are more searing when he zeroes in on pundits he invites on the show to spout off about subjects they have failed to research or know little about.

O'Reilly doesn't take any prisoners in that regard.

Nope, without hesitation, he goes in for the kill.

For example, when an alleged female "analyst" appeared to discuss the pro's and con's of Barack Obama's Health Reform plan the other night, she goofed big time.

And, O'Reilly was there to jump on the gaffe, much to her chagrin.

When asked what were "three positive aspects" of the Health reform plan currently on tap, the twit stridently asserted that everyone would be forced to select a health plan.

What a ludicrous notion.

"It won't fly," O'Reilly stated matter-of-fact in so many words.

Oh it will, it will, she insisted as she arrogantly tossed back her head.

"It won't," he quipped, "because we have a U.S. Constitution."

The dizzy broad still didn't get it (and argued the point further to her detriment).

O'Reilly tried to explain that the government (even insurance companies) couldn't force people to buy a health plan (or participate in one).

In a nutshell, the whole concept was un-American, after all.

To save face, she quickly grappled with the dilemma, then offered up an off-point alternative.

"Well, they can't be denied insurance based on pre-exisitng medical conditions, then."

Typical of a handful of these big-mouthed "know-it-alls" - the dragon lady - was clueless.
