Dancer...silly goose thinks she can edit life! Duh...

Some people are wacko, alright!

Today, for instance, a dancer I caught on HD Video in a performance last year at a Nightclub in Beverly Hills contacted me with a bizarre request without batting-an-eye.

Obviously, the silly goose hasn't any little grey cells in her pretty little head.

In a short e-mail communication, she asked that I delete her name from the credits, because she was trying to edit her performances so that only her best work would be listed on searches on the Internet.

Duh!

Does this nervy little broad honestly think that she can edit life?

Just imagine, if that suddenly became the case, scandal ridden dudes like Tiger Woods and what's his name (Bullock's hubbie) would be scrambling for blemish control at all the major news outlets around the Nation fast-and-furious.

If it dawned on someone one day that the scandals appeared to have vanished into thin air - along the lines of the plot twist on Dallas years ago - the high-profile bad boys could simply assert that it must have all  been a bad dream.

Sometimes the gall (and stupidity) of folks is astounding, don't 'ya think?

Send me no flowers!

NBC Nightly News...Tiger Woods "F" bomb broadcast in vulgar tonality!

OMG!

Have the lines become so blurred between cable and mainstream network TV that the gate-keepers of profanity have lost their way?

I surmise that a posse of viewers ensconced comfortably in front of their armchairs tonight - like moi - sat bolt upright in shock when NBC Nightly news cut to a clip of pro golfer Tiger Woods uttering up the “F” bomb.

For some inexplicable reason the news organization didn’t bother to bleep.

Was that appropriate content for the family dinner hour?

If you recall, the graphic four-letter word got one pop Icon into hot water with the FTC a few years ago, when it was shouted out to a rapt audience attending a live broadcast of the Golden Globe Awards.

Cher got a slap on the wrist and caused an uproar for similar foul language unbefitting a lady (even a gentleman) when she got a little too boisterous on the stage at the Billboard Awards in 2002 as millions gazed on in disbelief around the country.

A network ploy to exploit and ultimately rustle up ratings?

Or, maybe the execs at the majors just don’t care!

You be the judge.

Potty-mouthed Cher earthy!

Tiger Text...application designed to self-destruct! Mission: possible...

Tonight, a software developer announced in the wake of sex scandals rocking the Nation, that his company has developed an application to "delete" text messages once the recipient has scanned the contents.

The creator conjured up the novel idea after it dawned on him one day that - for the most part - celebrities would not have been drawn into the glare of the nasty spotlight (and raked over the coals) if their text messages had not been "saved" or intercepted by unscrupulous gossip mongers out to make a fast buck.

Users will be able to set a timer to erase the incriminating text message within a specific time frame or on the heels of being perused.

Once the text has been "zapped" only the image of the tracks will remain.

When one woman was interviewed on-camera impromptu, she was asked how she would react if she spied the tell-tale text traces on her husband's cell.

"There would definitely be some issues to discuss, for sure," she snapped.

What would prompt her to take a peek into his private "lair"  in the first place?

Uh-huh!

Although the application is being called - "Tiger Text"  - the software manufacturer claims that golfer Tiger Woods did not inspire the product.

Do they think we were born yesterday?

No, just as green as the gold course, he'll be (triumphantly) returning to.

Fore!

Tiger Woods...just do it! Golf pro an oreo...

On occasion, truth is stranger than fiction.

For example, Nike (a Tiger Woods sponsor) just unveiled their new slogan (amidst quite a few snickers).

What did a Madison Avenue ad agency manage to rustle up for a few million bucks?

"Just do it"

The irony of it all, eh?

I expect that if the advertising campaign hadn't cost so much to develop before the release date, Nike may have pulled out all the stops, to bury that catchy little phrase amid a flurry of excuses.

Or, was it all a calculated ploy  by Nike,  to capitalize on the Tiger Woods scandal?

Enquiring minds want to know!

Meanwhile, a flurry of harsh criticims that have flooded the airwaves and internet blog sites in recent days, not only indicate a drop-off in Tiger's popularity but appears to also underscore what a posse of African Americans have been lamenting about  for a decade or two.

Tiger is an oreo!

'Ya know, black on the outside, white on the inside.

His choice in women - waitresses, VIP hostesses, hookers - was one issue, yes, but the color of their skin was even a bigger tell-tale sign that Woods wasn't that comfortable with his own race (or being lumped in with regular African American folks or their precious culture)

In fact, Tiger hasn't made any sincere bold-faced effort to maintain ties with the black community.

So, it's pay-back time, in the final analysis.

In an effort to rehabilitate his image, one wonders if Tiger might just warm up to the idea of, gettiing back to his roots.

After all, th pale faces have turned on their golf messiah, cast him out of Eden.

Will the black community receive the tarnished hero with open arms straight away or let him eat crow for a while to teach him a well-earned lesson?

Las Vegas..Mayor says guests may do what they want! Spell Sin City's name right...

aka Sin City

Mayor Goodman dips his stick in Vegas spoils, too!

In the wake of the Tiger Woods fiasco, some residents of Las Vegas has been wondering how the scandal will impact the desert resort, especially since the celebrated golf pro hooked up with a couple of beauties in Sin City.

In response, city officials fired back  in a self-serving effort to calm the scandal-ridden waters.

For starters, Mayor Goodman noted that the show town has been known as the "sin" capital for decades  for obvious reasons.

Although the old-timer acknowleged that salacious conduct was prevalent in the city with no clocks, he argued that the naughty goings-on were part 'n parcel in  a town that has been synonymous with scintillating sexy adult entertainment.

"We don't care what you do in Vegas. Just spell the city's name right," he chided  in so many words.

A couple of his statements were in conflict with each other, though.

Although the look-the-other-way top honcho doesn't care what goes down in the city that never sleeps,, curiously, he also made a point of stressing that what happens in Vegas "doesn't stay in Vegas".

That may be a bit unnerving for some!

Worshippers of the Hedonistic lifestyle - and wine, women, and song (who take advantage of the smorgasbord of sensual delights available in town and around town) - would rather their dirty weekends in Vegas be kept under wraps.

One has only to look to the convention brouhaha  that erupted a scant few months ago to recognize it is an obvious truism.

Once word got "out" that the giants of industry in America were touching down in Sin City, and facilitating corporate funds to fuel the party circuit, the sh** hit the fan if you recall. .

On the heels of sensational headlines at major dailies around the country - which screamed out the tawdry truth about Corporate America and Sin City - boardroom execs were inclined to slam on the brakes pronto!

At this juncture, the travel industry plummeted, resort rooms sat empty, and a gut-wrenching pall fell over a once-cocky town that had much to crow about

In the final analysis, and in the best fiscal interest of the city, the Mayor may want to shift his viewpoint a tad (all Tiger Woods lacey things considered).

Otherwise the fickle jet-set and savvy trend-setting  travellers may seek out loftier climbs to party-hearty.

A quote springs to mind:

"Discretion is the better part of valor."

Amen!

Tiger should have kept his eye on the ball!

Tiger Woods...pussy galore! This cat has nine - um - pieces of tail!

You think a hole in one is tough, try nine, dude!

By the time dinner hour rolled around last night, it was quite evident from the news reports flooding in, that Tiger Woods was either a super stud or relying on the mystical power of exotic drugs to sustain what was obviously an insatiable quest for sexual  conquests.

At last count, nine lusty women jumped on the Tiger (gotcha by the tail)  merry-go-round, to snatch up a bit of the spotlight in the unfolding scandal.

On the heels of the revelations about the startling body (of the hot & fleshy variety) allegations also began filtering out of the revolving-door boudoir in respect to drug-induced high-jinks.

For instance, experts speculated that Tiger must have scarfed down what is commonly-known as a date-rape prescription drug, to enlarge upon the width-and-breath of his clandestine prowess.

That theory came home to roost – and ended up a reality check for Tiger – when evidence regarding this allegation was surreptiously gleened on a different front.

With law enforcement evidence in hand -  innovative gossip mongers delved further and managed to uncover testimony from eyewitnesses secured from public records (and elsewhere) that underscored that on the night of the accident - Tiger was either bombed by virtue of a lethal combination of alcohol and drugs or under the influence of some kind of mind and/or mood-altering substance in the alternative.

In retrospect, looking back, it is obvious why the golf pro sequestered himself in the inner sanctum of his home (at the advice of criminal lawyers specializing in damage control) and away from the prying eyes of neighbors and the ubiquitous media parked outside his pricey Florida enclave.

Some argue that the issues are private matters, though.

Matt Damon (who admitted being friends with Tiger) took an off-limits approach.

Meanwhile, the hypocritical Invictus star (with an upcoming feature film release begging for promotion on the horizon) got his mug on camera, didn’t he?

Ever the publicist looking out for your own behind, plotting career moves and novel ways to drum up publicity along the way, eh Matt?

Unlike others, I disagree with the smug position of a handful of party-poopers, who assert that the probe should not go any farther based on Tiger's right to privacy.

After all, there is one stickling fact to keep uppermost in the mind, folks!

Tiger’s little indiscretion that fateful night caused physical damage - not only to his neighbor’s property - but to city-owned fixtures (a fire hydrant) paid for by the public coffers.

Subsequently, enquiring minds want to know one niggling thing.

Will there be any more wild  incidents arising out of Tiger’s uncontrollable urge to prowl hungrily at the witching hour to satisfy deep sexual cravings - no matter how wobbly his dick - or drug-soaked his mental faculties may be?

If so, at what cost?

The scuttlebutt here in Vegas - Sin City capital of the world - is running rampant.

Even local reporters have been inclined to divulge point blank -  that they were aware of Tiger's late-night carousing and carefree nights of high-roller gambling at the Casinos (where management encouraged the prettier gals to hang out and egg the likes of Woods and his cast of desperados on to ensure the cold hard cash kept flowing).

Not a peep leaked out - because as they say - what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

Until the Florida incident, that is.

Meanwhile, numero uno nosey parker – Oprah Winfrey - stepped into the fray (so what else is new from the hefty bag's corner) and offered up a forum for Tiger and the missus to air the dirty laundry and get to the crux of the problem.

Don't suppose ratings has anything to do with this generous offer?

In view of all the shocking breaking news of late, it is evident at this point in time, that Tiger needs more than someone to hold his co**.

Unlike other dudes, he can’t turn to best his friend to confide in, either.

After all, the childhood friend introduced him to his first mistress.

On the sidelines, the curious are wondering if Tiger will even show at his buddy’s wedding celebrations this week, in spite of the fact he’s supposed to assume the role of best man at the altar.

Even still, best man for best pimp sounds highly appropriate, don't 'ya think?

In addition to a therapist,Tiger is in dire need of a mediator –and high-profile negotiator whiz – to wangle a deal with a bevy of bodacious beauties circling the edges of the high stakes melodrama like a school of blood-thirsty sharks out for a piece of the action.

Although Tiger's approval rating is higher than that of the president, the court of public opinion has spoken.

Zip it, Woods!

Meanwhile, his missus should snap up the prenuptial moolah and give the a**hole the big kiss off.

Once a wayward prick, always a wayward prick, after all.

Smile if 'ya got some trophy pussy last night!

Tiger Woods...intriguing fender-bender bashes up golf pro! Husband-beater to blame...

ooops!

It was a fender-bender which shook up the world.

When the news first flashed around the globe that Tiger Woods was seriously hurt in a traffic accident - a dedicated fan base, concerned media hounds, and members of  the joe public  - anxiously began flipping channels on the old boob tube (Internet surfing, too) for up-to-the-minute info on the unexpected mishap.

But, as the details began to filter in - the accident occured at approximately  2:30 am. in front of Tiger's home - folks began to raise their eyebrows (and shake their heads) in total disbelief.

How was it possible for the high-profile athlete to sustain a bloody lip - and suffer a head injury so severe that it caused the known celebrity to slip in-and-out of consciousness - in a minor snafu of no consequence while backing out of his own front driveway?

And, the bizarre tale got more curious by the moment as the dumbfounding details unfolded in the early dawn.

Allegedly, after Tiger's wife noticed he was trapped inside the vehicle after sustaining injuries (she wasn't originally in the car, according to a handful of reports), she apparently used a golf club to smash the rear windshield in a frenzed bold-faced effort to rescue Tiger from the vehicle.

Nope!

The tawdry tale doesn't pass the smell test, does it?

When the police came calling the next day to have a word with Tiger regarding the incident, he was apparently asleep (resting?) - and so - his wife requested that the coppers in blue return the next day.

At this juncture, my antennae shifted into high frequency, alright!

Since a slow reverse into the street (by any stretch of the imagination) could not affect so much damage to a car - and especially not to Mr. Woods own physical studly self - two things are obvious from the get-go.

One, Tiger must have backing out of the driveway at a fast clip and, at some point, lost control of the car (for some inexplicable reason).

In that event, why was he in such a hurry to speed away from his home at 2:30 a.m.?

If he is asserting today that he cruised out slowly, then one has to consider that he may have been drinking, in the alternative.

Otherwise, how could he possibly lose control of the vehicle and end up with such serious injuries, if that was not the case?

My own gut instinct tells me that there is another ugly scenario to consider.

Tiger and his missus may have had a lover's quarrel.

In my mind's eye, at the heat of the argument - which may have gotten physical inside their home - the Golf Pro suddenly dashed out of the house, jumped into the car, and attempted to escape his wife who had bloodied his lip after hitting him over the head.

When he put the car into reverse, his hubby smashed the rear windshield in anger, in an effort to prevent him from driving off to a Hotel, a friend's home, or a secret love nest (with a lover).

Instead of stopping, he sped up - lost control of the vehicle - and subsequently hit the fire hydrant and neighbour's tree.

Sounds about right to me!

Tiger, enquiring minds want to know!

Tiger Woods...ready to hit the green! Arizona bound...

The word out of the Tiger Woods camp is that the sports giant is ready to hit a few balls down the green again.

The news perked up an otherwise dismal week for many on courses around the country.

Since Woods has been laid-up recovering from an injury, Golf matches have suffered a noticeable slump in attendance.

Now, Sports enthusiasts are jumping for joy.

"Tiger is the most charismatic golfer. And, the best golfer ever," one seasoned pro stated matter-of-fact to upbeat newsies scrambling for tid-bits to report on in upcoming sports page features.

Tiger is slated to appear at the PGA Tour next week in Arizona where he will compete in the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship.

Already, the upcoming Tiger Woods matches are being much-ballyhooed and considered must-attend Golf events.

On ESPN this morning, Woods noted the time-off during the healing process was quite enjoyable.

"I've enjoyed my time at home with the family and appreciate everyone's support and kind wishes."

The proud father beamed when asked about his kids.

"Elin and our new son Charlie are doing great."

The tournament will be his first event to compete in since winning the US Open last June at Torrey Pines.

Shortly after the US Open, Tiger underwent surgery to reconstruct the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee - which, ultimately - ended the season for him.

Woods also had stress fractures in his left tibia, injuries that undoubtedly affected him during the challenging US Open win.

PGA Tour Commissioner, Tim Finchem, jumped on the green-light from Woods.

"We received confirmation today that Tiger Woods has committed to play in next week's Accenture Match Play Championship in Tucson, Ariz."

Woods will be included in the 64-player field which begins play February 25 at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club course in Marana, Arizona.

"We are delighted that Tiger is returning to competition and look forward to watching him compete next week."

Woods is not unfamiliar with the territory.

The affable golfer has won the Accenture Match Play Championship three times.

Last year, in fact, he beat Stewart Cink 8 and 7 in the 36-hole championship match.

Tiger has seven top 10's of his nine starts at the Accenture Match Play Championship.

Woods is scheduled to face Brendan Jones in the opening round on Wednesday unless a golfer steps forward and withdraws from the event.

Go get 'em, Tiger!
