Justin Bieber...a.bottle thrown is attack on the right! O'Reilly guest off rocker!

An attack on the right?

OMG!

A stranger in the madding crowd tossed a water bottle (a missive according to Juliet Huddy at Fox) while Pop Idol Justin Bieber was prancing about the stage performing one of his hit tunes in Sacramento - and for the most part - delighting die-hard fans.

Although the incident occurred months ago, a just-released video of the shocking assault on the teen, just began circulating the media.

The air-born projectile soared over the heads of excited fans and ended up glancing the side of Bieber's head.

"OW" - the embarrassed Bieb (his nick-name to the ubiquitous paparazzi)) squealed in surprise as he basically kept his cool.

As fans shook their heads in disbelief, the Pop Idol uttered up a polite response.

"That wasn/t very nice," he lamented to the coward hiding in his midst.

Initially, it was difficult to fathom why a paid ticket-holder would attend a concert - then proceed to launch an attack - in one nervy moment out-front when the opportunity presented itself.

Julet Huddy, a Fox respondent, figureed it out right from the get-go.

"It was an attack on the right," she asserted without cracking a smile.

"He's just a kid - from Canada - originally," she continued earnestly.

"But, it was because he representated the right, nonetheless."

Oh, hogwash.

My instinct tells me it was something more teen-oriented than that.

In my estimation, some pimply-faced outcast in the crowd, was holding a grudge against sexy mop-head Bieber.

Just maybe, a pretty babe was pining for Bieber - instead of the loser - so he struck out at the object of her affection.

Then again, maybe some cocky dude - with a fu**ked-up attitude - was envious of Bieber's success  (so he lobbed the bottle at the Pop Star to embarrass and humiliate him in front of his adoring fans.

I know!

A closet fag - full of self-loathing - was tormented by the fact he might succumb to his inner-most latent homo tenencies (and fall for the heartthrob).

So, he engaged in some red-neck bravado to establish to his drinking-buddiesin tow, that he was a gung-ho dude who wasm't queer!

The aforementioned conjectures are certainly more plausible theories than the insane one put forth by demented Juliet Huddy!

An attack on the right?

Juliet Huddy is obviously a frigid bit** - who happens to be looney tunes, as well.

Bill O'Reilly obviously invited her to offer up her rant because the show needs a good hoot now and then.

For sure, the ratings must have gone thoogh the roof, when it was broadcast that the video would be broadcast on Factor.

Will there never be an end to the media whores populating the terain in a deceitful effort to meet their outrageous agendas?

Inquiring minds are chompling at the bit to know.

Meg Ryan...you look fabulous! "The Women" a hit with the ladies...

A couple of weeks ago when the trailers started up for "The Women" at the local movie theaters, I sat up and took notice when clips of Meg Ryan flashed across the screen.

Wow!

The little charmer looked fabulous!

'Ya know, when women hit a certain age, it's tough hiding the ravages of time from the glare of the searing camera lens.

Not so, with Meggie, though!

Eat crow, Russell!

As I waited for a battalion of ushers to waft through the theatre and scoff up the last remnants of trash tossed aside by lazy movie buffs the night I was taking in "Home Alone", a gaggle of young women sashayed out with wide smiles on their faces after taking in the comedy, "The Women".

When I quizzed 'em about the new theatrical release, the response was unanimous.

Loved it!

Apparently, the film was a delight!

Adapted from the play by Clare Boothe Luce, "The Women" follows the spoiled lives of a handful of wealthy Manhattan women, and their trials and tribulations.

In particular, the plot focuses one of the main characters - who appears to have it all - until she learns of her husband's infidelity by way of a spiteful young shop girl who is jealous of her.

The well-rounded cast includes star turns by Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, and Candice Bergen.

Old-time favorites Bette Midler, Cloris Leachman, and Carrie Fisher round out the cast in cameo roles they inhabit with delicious gusto!

I'm not inclined to take in the Diane English comedy; but, I expect it's a great popcorn-pleaser for girl's night out, eh?

Enjoy!

Bill Plaschke...LA TIMES writer takes potshots at Michael Phelps. A**hole!

Winners all...

As the world celebrates a remarkable victory by Michael Phelps at the Beijing Olympics yesterday, LA TIMES' writer - Bill Plaschke - continues to take negative potshots at the Olympic Champion.

As I noted in a post yesterday, Plaschke called Phelps a "dork".

Today, he continued with his negative jabs at America's darling.

First, for some inexplicable reason, he found it necessary to knock the swimmer by noting that he was busted for a DUI once.

If that wasn't disagreeable enough, he proceeded to not only make reference to a "broken" wrist in the past but - inferred somehow - that behind the incident some dark secrets hid in the shadows yet to be revealed.

To top it off, he made fun of a moustache that Phelps once sported.

Then, he summed up by asserting that Phelps was "still a dork."

Obviously, Plaschke is jealous of Michael Phelps!

Notwithstanding, Plaschke is undoubtedly one of those demented individuals who has to tear other people down in order to raise himself up.

When the hack writer at the daily looks in the mirror in the morning, though, he is faced with an ugly sight.

Staring back at him is the face of a man who never wrote the great American novel or received any accolades (or respect) from his peers.

He also has to reconcile the fact that he has stolen ideas from other writers in order to keep his own creative juices flowing.

Yes, I have proof!

As to Phelps, he has the grace to turn the other way.

That's the difference between a good sport and a bad one.

As the world honors a great athlete today, in social circles around the country, Americans are talking in disgust about Bill Plaschke.

Loser!
