Footnote
For the first time ever, after penning and publishing a post at this site, I have been forced to delete all reference to artist - Bob Roberts - due to the shocking reprehensible conduct he willfully and wrongfully engaged in last night at the opening of his Art Exhibition running in tandem with the tattoo festivities. For the most part - when I have taken a jaunt two around local & National scenes in the past (regular readers are undoubtedly aware of the fact that I started my own career as a painter) - I have generally found a large percentage of these creative types to be kind (utmost and foremost), intelligent, articulate, instinctive, and visionary (to name just a few of their shining character traits).Unfortunately, such was not the case with Bob Roberts last evening at an Art gallery. Shortly after I sauntered up to say hello (at the urging of one of his handlers) he flew into a rage and proceeded to hurl false and misleading statements about me within earshot of a whole room full of strangers.Essentially, he slandered me without any good reason to do so. In a civilized society, wild and disrespectful conduct of the kind Roberts engaged in, can not be tolerated. For this reason, there won't be any coverage for Bob Roberts (or any of his projects) in the near or distant future. However, as aforementioned, an expose will be published this afternoon - at which point - I'll wash my hands of the aging hippie derelict who is without a doubt a disgrace to the Artistic community, for starters.
