Gay History Lessons...Bill SB48 signed by Governor Brown causes uproar! Kids indoctrinated into homo lifestyle?

Amidst a lot of controversy, Governor Jerry Brown signed a bill into law to require mandatory lessons about the achievements of Gays in public schools.

The bill, which passed on a party-line vote, stipulates that public schools must include the contributions of individuals who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender in social studies curriculums.

"History should be honest," underscored Governor Brown.

"This bill...prohibits discrimination in education and ensures that the important contributions of Americans from all backgrounds and walks of life are included in the history books."

The historic law has caused an outcry among critics who assert that students will be forced to study subjects their parents find objectionable.

Anti-gay activists also argue that the bill is a veiled attempt to indoctrinate the youth of today into a gay lifestyle.

State Senator Mark Leno - the author of the Bill - has stressed that the goal is to teach tolerance.

In sum, Bill SB48 requires that the Board of Education in California's school districts adopt textbooks and other learning materials that cover the contributions of gays (and other sexual minorities) before the 2013/ 2014 school year commences.

In response, a spokesperson for opponents to the bill, has threatened that parents who object to the bill may be forced to take their children out of public institutions - and either have them home-schooled - or sent to private schools where Governor Brown's reach (and jurisdiction) falls short.

And so, the battle rages on, folks.

Sarah Palin...white trailer trash! Letterman incident a fiasco...

I'll give that toothy guy my best shot!

Well, the brouhaha over a remark David Letterman made about one of Palin's rat pack last week, appears to have finally blown over.

If you recall, on the late show Letterman uttered up an off-the-cuff quip about Palin's daughter getting "knocked-up" after a brief fling in the big bad city with some high-profile dude who chases skirts.

Palin was allegedly offended by the so-called "crude" remark and demanded an apology.

Initially, Letterman scoffed at the idea of retracting the unflattering barb.

Then, TV's resident late-night bad boy proceeded to play up the brewing controversy, as the ratings revved up in the heat of the nasty spat.

Over-night, though, his cushy world turned upside down as a handful of spiteful Palin followers turned the screws.

Bowing to pressure from CBS higher-ups, and with an eye to squelching impending protests in the mean streets of NYC, Dave finally relented.

However, instead of accepting the apology with little more ado, Palin's handlers seized on Dave's mushy moment to rush in for the kill.

"See, he apologized," they lamented in so many words.

"We were right. Letterman admits what he did was wrong."

Some silly a**hole then made a pitch that Letterman be suspended or fired over the incident.

Talk about petty!

In a turbulent time when banks are failing, unemployment is high, and people are losing their homes, Palin's pack of pit bulls have nothing better to do than focus on such silly piffle?

The truth of the matter is that Palin brought all these woes on herself for failing to implement sex education in the curriculum in Alaska .

Indeed, she never even taught her own children about the birds and the bees, much to their detriment.

In the final analysis?

Sarah Palin and her clan are white trailer trash, no bones about it.

I expect they'll be turning up as guests on the Jerry Springer show any day now the laughing stock of the Nation.

Disc Jockey's comments about 10 yr. old daughter inappropriate? Child welfare, please...

A couple of DJ's were chatting on a  talk show the other morning and having a big chuckle over delicate matters regarding a Disc Jockey's 10 year-old daughter.

Frankly, I was shocked by his disgusting comments, which - ultimately - took a poke at his daughter's budding sexuality on the airwaves around the Nation.

Some nurturing father!

For instance, the radio host (in-between ads for the Tim Conway Jr. show)  laughed to one of the disc jockeys at his side, that his daughter's "nipples" were just "popping".

What kind of language is that to use in respect to a child's blossoming?

But, it was another remark that really floored me.

The sick radio personality laughed that he strolled into the bathroom on one occasion when his naked daughter was taken a bath - and subsequently - caught her shampooing her "one" hair (in the vagina area).

What a - rude, insensitive, distasteful comment - to utter up about his innocent young child, with the specific aim of entertaining strangers tuned in to the show.

One person I spoke to noted that he thought that one of the Disc Jockey's names mentioned in the broadcast had a  daughter who was younger, so I have to wonder if he was just using her as a spring board for a series of jokes that may have been totally without any substance?

Even still, to project those ideas (fantasies?) over the airwaves (especially in view of the current ongoing "Stiles" case underway in Las Vegas) is morally wrong.

Does a loving father really want his young daughter to grow up and have strangers joke to her at a later date, that they used to listen to her father joke about her public hair and nibbles on the radio?

If the disc jockey in questiion has stole custody of the girl, then I would urge that Child Welfare pay the  household a visit.

Who knows, maybe he's walking around the house with a hard-on or having sex in front of his daughter, without shame or heart-felt concern for her mental (and sexual) health and overall well-being.

Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but in my view, children need to be protected from this kind of senseless (dangerous) conduct by lame parents who don't think about the ramifications of their actions.

Did he never consider the possibility that by talking in such risque way about his child, some letch on the other end of a radio may become titillated by the fantasies, and go after her?

In my mind's eye, he was placing her safety in jeopardy, when he elected to use her as a sexual punchline!

Shame!

Sarah Palin...media coverage on failure as Parent and Politician is newsworthy!

Those whiners at the Republican National Convention - who have been circling their protective rag-tag wagons around Sarah Palin in recent days - are at it again!

Last month, they boo-hooed that Obama was being treated like a celebrity and garnering all the press coverage, while they twiddled their di**s in the shadows waiting for the press corps to toss a bone or two their way.

Now, on the heels of the media coverage on Sarah Palin's daughter, they're inclined to jerk around the newsies and call foul.

For starters, if the out-of-wedlock pregnancy of Sarah Palin's daughter is nothing to be ashamed about, then why are they so embarrassed by all the up-to-the-minute sizzlin' media coverage?

Most pregnant young mothers around the country would be thrilled - and count themselves lucky - to be landing so much attention for their cuddly little up-front bumps!

The truth of the matter is - the tawdry tale of the unwed mother now in the national spotlight - underscores one hard cruel fact.

Palin failed as both a parent and as a government administrator.

Let's get real!

Palin voted against sex education in schools - then her own daughter ended up pregnant out-of-wedlock - while still a "baby" herself.

That is news!

The American public needs to know what a screw-up Palin truly is.

Members of the press are simply doing their job.

Someone has to take Palin to task, after all.
